Lo stesso anno in cui Kirara, che è stato cresciuto come una fanciulla dalla sua ingenua e allegra madre, vince il concorso di bellezza per le bambine del quartiere, i fratelli Kyoichi e Ken Tosayamada si trasferiscono nella casa accanto alla sua.
